Okay, here I am at the library. I have limited time here. When I got home from school today my mom asked me first thing "LeeAnna, do you have any homework to do on the computer?"
"Why do you ask?" I relpy.
"The computer died. So you won't be able to do it today."
AHHHH! I'm here at the library but I can't do much homework here (limited time) and I can't mess with files and stuff. It's only for research and e-mail.....rrrrrrr......guys....what do I do? I will have study hall after lunch. Perhaps then, eh? ....I don't know.....I'm still a bit confused how I'm going to show my work at school if I do it at home anyway. Any ideas of how I can make this work?
Well, I got to go here in a minute. If any of you happen to get this within the next 5 minutes would you be as so kind as to comment so I know and maybe you can walk me through the homework (assuming I'm confused about this whole thing and I can do it on the library computer after all....)
MATT! GNAT! MR.B! R U HERE?

I don't guess you'll get this in time, but the homework for last week was to answer these 6 questions
1. What is the fundamental principle for organizing website design?
2. List the five basic steps to organizing information.
3. Briefly describe the three essential structures for organizing websites.
4. What is the risk of "eye candy"?
5. How might programmers utilize site diagrams as they move a new website project from planning to production?
6. How does the concept "above the fold" impact page design decisions?
after reading http://www.webstyleguide.com/site/index.html.
Today's homework was to sketch your portfolio homepage with these components:
* A heading that reads similar to this: Joe Helling's (replace with your name) Web Portfolio
* A subheading with the name of the course, teacher and section
* Another subheading: the school address (street, state and zip code)
* Yet another subheading: your email link
* A picture of you
* A brief biography pertaining to your computer experience
* A list of completed assignments
* A list of completed websites
* A return link to the top of the page
and to diagram the structure (simply a box labeled "root" out of which branches two folders "style" and "image" and one document "index.htm".
and the last thing is to make a folder on your flash drive or something called "portfolio_leeanna" in which you make 2 more folders "style" and "image" and one text file (open notepad and save a text file called "index" and then change the ".txt" part to ".htm" and put that in the folder "portfolio_leeanna".
That's it! I hope you followed it all. =^)
Hey LeeAnna girl,
